Zovo Invoice Ledger
Supplier invoices to one Excel ledger, with tax by rate and duplicate checks.
Zovo Invoice Ledger reads a batch of supplier invoices (PDFs with selectable text, pasted invoice text, or typed rows) and builds one ledger: supplier, invoice number, invoice and due dates, net, tax per rate, gross and currency. It checks that net plus tax equals the total and that each tax amount matches its rate, to the cent, flags invoice numbers that appear twice for the same supplier, and totals everything per supplier and per tax rate, keeping each currency separate.
What it does
- Invoice PDFs with a text layer, pasted invoice text in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch labels, or structured rows
- Tax split by rate (20%, 5.5%, 19%...) with taxable base, from one or several rates per invoice
- Checks: net + tax = total, tax = rate x base, duplicate invoice numbers, possible duplicates (same supplier, date and total)
- Exact amounts in minor units, US and European number formats, day/month order decided per invoice
- Excel with Ledger, By supplier, By tax rate and Checks sheets, plus CSV

Limitations
- Reads header totals, not line items
- Scanned PDFs (no selectable text) are not read; type the values instead
- Does not convert currencies, file tax returns, or decide whether tax is reclaimable
- Up to 20 files, 12 pages per file and 200 invoices per request
